It is awesome to be able to combine a cabochon with a cut stone in a single pendant design! Students will choose from stone/cabochon pairs and learn to formulate, plan, design and then make a double stone pendant that will enhance both stones. The techniques covered will “kick your wire working skills into high gear” when combined with future project ideas. (This design represents the very first award I ever took at a juried art show!)

Let’s Make 2 Different, Sparkly RINGS in 1 Day!!
If you can create custom rings to fit, you will have a lifetime of business! Covered in this workshop will be: the concept of proper “sizing”; using a ring sizer and mandrel together; introduction of the ring mandrel/vise combo; soft VS half-hard wire; how to choose stones, cabochons, crystals and pearls for a “high traffic” area; finishing a shank, how to take custom ring orders, pricing and much more!!
We will begin by creating a fast and gorgeous Crystal Pinwheel ring and then move on to make Dale’s signature, “Anything Cocktail Ring”! The techniques learned in this class will enhance many of the student’s future wire jewelry designs.

These very elegant bangle bracelets have been my personal “best seller” since I first designed them, more than 17 years ago! Students will discover my special “bracelet formula” (that works for almost any wire bracelet design); learn how to properly combine pattern and heavy square wires and then make their own heavy weight clasp; all while completing an heirloom quality bangle bracelet in class. The formula and techniques taught can be used in many future “traditional” wire jewelry designs.
